KeleCare is more than a skincare line — it’s a legacy.
I grew up surrounded by culture, community, and commerce. My parents owned a family business called Kelechi African Authenticates, with stores across Maryland, D.C., and Virginia. As an American-born child of African heritage, I spent my childhood immersed in the vibrant traditions of Africa. I watched my parents carefully source and share authentic African products from clothing to shea butter to artwork with customers who valued both quality and authenticity.
That experience shaped me. It instilled a deep love for African culture and a commitment to preserving its integrity while sharing it with the world.
KeleCare was born from that passion. The name comes from my own — Kelechi — and reflects what drives me: care. Care for people, care for culture, and care for the skin we live in. My mission is to build a brand that celebrates diversity, honors tradition, and creates products for all skin types.
With KeleCare, you’ll discover more than skincare. Alongside our handcrafted, natural products, we’ll also offer unique African clothing and merchandise — a continuation of the story my parents began, now with a new generation’s vision.
This is more than a business. It’s a cultural bridge, a celebration of authenticity, and a promise to provide the care your skin deserves.
